Author: Today is my Step-father’s birthday. I’m not going to spoil it and tell everyone how old he is though. Here is his Air Force picture. He is one of the reasons why I choose to join the Air Force out of High School which had a huge positive impact on the person I am today.

So, on a whim, I decided that I would try my hand at gardening this year. I haven’t had a garden since I left the farm when I was 17, and thus I really didn’t expect a whole lot out of it the first year. So far I’ve gotten 1 green pepper and a handful of herbs for spaghetti. These are my tomato plants.
My mother and Step-father also do some gardening. Here is one of her tomato plants.
Mother… if that plant disappears this weekend… It’s not at my house, but I should have some nice tomatoes soon. <Evil Grin>
